The bushes come in a brand new condition.

The motor bushes are used in the insulation between the mixer's motor and the mixer's body,

to help prevent the mixer's body from becoming 'Live'

The bushes should be replaced if your old ones have perished or started cracking,

a common symptom of bush wear is the motor dropping down.
