Thanks for looking.

The plate fits the Euro 5 2.0L CDTi engine with single and twin turbo and 1.9 TTid Saab 9-3 ( not to be confused with the Euro 3 & 4 that has the EGR valve on the rear of the engine).
This blanking plate is made from 1.5 mm Laser cut 304 Stainless Steel. It has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface to get a better seal.  It fits between the EGR valve housing, and the tube that goes to the inlet manifold (pictured in header pictures). The EGR housing is on the gear box end of the engine, and the inlet manifold is on the rear of the engine.
This will put on the engine management light/warning light, unless it has been mapped out. I also do one with a hole to restrict the exhaust gasses but not block it completely, so as not to get the fault light (engine management light), if that would be a problem to you, Item number 111166188358
This fit's the cars below that have the Fiat engine.

Zafira Tourer C With the Euro 5 2.0L CDTi
Insignia 2.0L CDTi single and twin Turbo.
Astra J 2.0L CDTi single and twin Turbo

 Saab 9-3 1.9 TTiD

Please note that this will NOT fit the 1.6L CDTi engines in Opel/ vauxhall, as they are not Fiat engines but have the GM MDE engines which have very different EGR systems. Other sellers are listing it as fitting the 1.6 CDTi engine- it will NOT.

  Any questions please ask
Will NOT fit the Euro 3 or Euro 4 1.9 diesel engines ( Item # 10990872851 ) or 2.0L GM engine (item #121342569454).

 Benefits of blocking EGR:

   1.  Cleaner engine oil helping to give longer engine life.

   2.  Turbo spooling up quicker, and at lower revs

   3.  Prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power

   4.  Smoother drive and quite often better economy

Guaranteed next day has to be paid before 3.00pm, or it will be sent the next day. Friday's sending arrives on Monday. All plates are designed and researched by me in house over many years. I do not buy or have ever brought from other seller (most sellers are just engineering firms that have brought from each other-along with the repeated mistakes or Chinese drop shops), and have no idea about car engines, fault codes, and what can be causing them. I have been a mechanic for many years, and my number 4 son is also a trained mechanic of some years.
