Description From Anthropologie,
"Dusen Dusen, the clothing line of DC-bred, Brooklyn-based designer Ellen Van Dusen, consists of simple, well-executed silhouettes in bold prints. Recently influenced by a forgotten Italian design collective called Memphis and their saturated, frenetic prints, she covered this fit-and-flare, cotton-twill dress with a crisp, boxy print."
From Anthropologie 5 Star Reviews,
"Such a cute dress! - This dress is so cute! The material is like a stiff cotton, so it doesn't feel all flimsy and cheap. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it at work today!
The skirt part of this dress poofs out just enough. If you hold out the skirt completely, it's a full circle of cloth (in that sense, if you just hold out the ends, it's a perfect semi-circle).
For me, it hits a little above the knee. I am 5'4", 123lbs and about a 34b/36a chest size. i normally wear a size 4 or 6 in skirts/pants. I got a size 6 due to the comment below and i think it was a good choice. I think a size 4 would've killed me."
"Wonderful Transition Piece - I tend to be scared to buy online exclusives from anthropologie. My measurements are 34.5-27.5-37. So for stores like Nordstrom ad DVF, I'm either a six or an 8. According to anthro's size guide I can size as low as a 4. I've never felt comfortable enough to get a size 4. For this dress I ordered a 6 and it fit perfectly. I plan to get either a red cardigan and pumps or even a skinny belt to go with it. The print doesn't make me look big. The dress flatters the waist and the skirt flows out as pictured. The material is cotton. It is thicker, so this dress is definitely a no on extremely hot days."
