Maintaining your shirt. We recommend that the shirt be hand washed and tumble dried , using a mild detergent . It can be machine washed, it will not damage it . However we recommend hand washing so that the fibers last longer. Like any other garment, excessive wash and wear, harsh detergents and machine agitation will cause your shirt to "wear out" prematurely. After you are certain about your size we suggest that you have at least 3 shirt in your wardrobe to alternate and prevent "wearing out".
