This offer is for a firebird enviromax C58 kitchen oil boiler supplied and fitted. The price stated is for the boiler and a standard flue kit fitted. We will remove and dispose of your existing boiler. Connect up your new boiler to existing supplies already in place. All our engineers are fully OFTEC registered. On completion you will be issued with a OFTEC installation certificate. This will be then notified to your Local Authority Building Control by OFTEC. This certificate is essential if you intend to sell your property in the near future. All boilers by law have to be registered with your local authority on completion of installation.
Our engineers will contact you to book a convenient appointment date and time to install the new boiler. The installation normally takes approximately 1 day to completion. This includes any making good required when removing your old boiler. The price stated is for a standard boiler exchange and does not include any additional work required should the existing pipework not meet British Standard requirements. The price is for a standard installation,which covers a basic exchange of your existing boiler for a new firebird enviromax c26 regular oil boiler. The boiler will be installed in the old boiler site. Should you require the boiler to be moved to a new siting, please contact our engineer for a free quote, or inspection. As set out in the above any additional pipework will be deemed as an extra and will be chargeable. No additional works will be carried out without the prior consent of the client. Please check with our site manager before ordering the boiler to find out if the boiler size is correct for your property. A larger boiler might be necessary depending on the size of the property. All making good open the removal of the boiler will be down to the engineers. If the boiler is to be sited above a first floor height , again, please contact our site manager to see if the installation is possible.
WHEN INSTALLING A NEW BOILER ALL BOILER MANUFACTURERS REQUIRE THE OLD SYSTEM TO BE CHEMICALLY CLEANED WITH WITH A POWER FLUSH . IF A SYSTEM IS NOT POWER FLUSHED PROFESSIONALLY THIS COULD INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY ON THE BOILER. ALL BOILER MANUFACTURERS CARRY THIS WARNING IN SMALL PRINT IN THE WARRANTY PACKAGE.
