RETURNS OF SOFTWARE
Upon purchase, all software sales are final. We do not offer refund policy on software. Prior to purchase, please evaluate some free embroidery designs from our archive, as their quality represents the other designs we carry. Read item descriptions carefully and make sure that the designs you buy are in suitable size and format for your machine. We do provide free technical support by email if you encounter any problem.
In the event that you receive a defective CD (which was damaged during CD creation process or during delivery), we will replace a defective CD with similar one.
COPYRIGHT
We are manufacturers and the sole copyright holders of all embroidery designs we sell. All of our designs are protected by copyright laws and nobody is allowed to re-sell them without becoming our authorized dealer. However, we do allow stitching our designs on items/garments that are for sale! If you see somebody else selling our designs, especially through eBay, it means they do it illegally.
