Payment
· We
accept payment by PayPal only, unless stated otherwise on item’s
listing.
· Please
make sure your shipping address is correct, complete and up to date
with eBay and PayPal before you pay for the item. We only ship to
address we receive with eBay order. We will not ship to any other
address under any circumstances.
· Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So
do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
· We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees if we do
not receive payment within 10 days of purchase.
Shipping
· All orders received by 2PM will be despatched and shipped the same
day by Royal Mail 1st class service for UK mainland and
Royal Mail Airmail for international orders, excluding weekend and
bank holidays. Orders received on weekend and bank holidays will be
shipped the following working day.
· More than 99% of orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st class
service are delivered within 2-3 working days. In rare cases Royal
Mail can take up to two weeks to deliver the item.
· More than 99% of international orders shipped via Royal Mail Airmail
service are delivered within 5-15 working days within the EU. It may
take a little longer for countries outside EU. In rare cases Royal
Mail can take up to six weeks to deliver the item.
Warranty
· We offer 90 days RTB (Return to
Base) warranty on all items from the date of purchase, unless
otherwise stated, including manufacturing defects which is within 14
days from date of purchase.
Returns
· If there is a fault due to
manufacturer’s defect or item you purchased is not working according
to specification within 14 days of your purchase, we will replace
the item for you or give you full refund on receipt of item. Buyer
will pay for postage to return the item to us and we will pay for
postage to send replacement to buyer.
· If within 90 days warranty
period your item has any problems, you will need to return the item
to us; we will inspect and test the item. Buyer will pay for postage
to return the item to us and we will pay for postage to send
replacement to buyer. If it is due to a manufacturers defect, it
will be replaced/repaired and returned back to you within 1-3 days.
No refund will be given after 14 days of
purchase.
· Please contact us via ebay
messaging if you need to return the item to us.
· We will issue an RMA number to
return the item. Please do not send any item without obtaining an
RMA number from us. Otherwise we shall not be responsible for loss
of goods sent by you.
· Our maximum liability in any
circumstances will not be more than the original price paid for the
item. We will not accept any other liability or claim arising from
use of any item you purchased from us.
