Movie Theater popcorn gets it's great flavor from being popped in coconut oil and Flavacol butter flavored popcorn salt. Even if you don't want to use coconut oil, you can just use Better Buttery Flavacol and get very close to the flavor and color of movie popcorn.

 

Each ounce of Flavacol is enough to season approx 1.25Lbs of un-popped kernels. (approx 1/4 tsp per 16oz unpopped kernels - see directions below)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Measure out popcorn.

2. Measure out Better Buttery Flavacol (1/4 teaspoon per 1 oz un-popped kernels or 1 teaspoon per 1/2 cup un-popped kernels - adjust as needed to your popper and taste).

3. Add oil to popper and heat on medium to medium-high.

4. Add Better Buttery Flavacol and popcorn to popper and pop as usual.
