• All domestic items are sent out Royal Mail Tracked Standard (2-3 Working days) and a signature is required on delivery unless specified.
• Also items that are specified, are sent out via Other 48 hours courier are via interlink express.
• All next day deliveries are also sent out via interlink express.
• Items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment and delivered within 5 working days.
• Please take into account that this does not include Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays.
• All international orders will be sent out via Royal Mail International Signed for Packets. 
• According to Royal Mail guidelines once dispatched parcels should be delivered with 5-10 working days however it is an estimation so it is dependant on destination and weather conditions as all items are sent out via airmail.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

• Please contact us if you wish to return an item for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt
• Faulty or incorrect items will receive a full refund or replacement as appropriate plus a refund of all postage costs.
• We also accept returns for any other reason but postage costs will not be refunded unless the fault lies with us
• Items must be in an unworn condition with all tags attached in condition as sent. Please ensure that boxes are not crushed and it would be advisable to have proof of delivery.
• A refund or replacement will be issued only once we have received and inspected the goods.
• Kindly ensure you record your eBay id and item number inside the return item to avoid delay in refunding or replacing.
• All refunds will be processed and issued 1-2 working days once received the goods back. 
• A refund will be issued for the full purchase price, unless a fault on our behalf then postage costs will also be refunded. 

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange, once the returned pair of shoes are received we will await the additional postage costs which should be covered by the buyer, unless a fault on our behalf.
