We do obtain proof of posting from the Post Office for all items incase of loss or damage during transit.
In the Cases of loss or Delay we will help in anyway but we cannot be held personally responsible once items are in the hands of the Royalmail.
Claims for Loss or damage cannot be processed against the Royal Mail until 28 days from posting have elapsed.
If for any other reason you are not happy with your item then please contact us so arrangements can be made for the item to be return.
Any Items returned to us by Mutual arrangement must arrive in the condition purchased(unless item was damaged in transit).
No Payments will be refunded until item has been received safely by ourselves.
Return postage or shipping charge is covered by the buyer.
All our LEGO comes in zip-lock bags, wrapped in bubble wrap and packed into new jiffy bags for added protection.
Every effort will be made to send all items in secure packaging. Any buyer who wishes to take extra protection when dealing with shipping can request for insurance to be added at the buyer's cost. This must be done prior to final payment being made.cost
