It is perhaps not immediately noticed by someone putting on a bamboo sock for the first time that, apart from the smooth softness, you can hold the sock by the top hem and pull it onto your foot in one smooth movement until it is fully in place and there it stays. Most other sock types have to be almost ‘threaded’ onto your foot in several stages.
Also, on principle, many people wash their socks daily because traditionally, this was the right thing to do. However, with the natural anti-bacterial properties of bamboo fibre, we have had customers report that after wearing the socks for even up to a week straight without washing, they still smell fresh.
Please note that there is a helpful way of knowing what size your socks are after purchase, particularly if you buy multiple different sizes for the family!
Each corresponding set of sizes has a different colour toe stitch which denotes what size the sock is. See below for the colour guide.
Size 4-6 = An off-white toe stitch
Size 6-10 = A blue toe stitch
Size 10-14 = Orange toe stitch
Size 14-18 = Pink toe stitch

92% bamboo fibre / 8% elastane. Most definitely no nylon!
To care for your socks, wash them on the cold setting in the washing machine, and avoid using bleach. Dry them on the line outside. They can be tumble dried on the warm setting if they are slightly damp on overcast days. Do not wash with clothing that has velcro attached, as this will pull the fibres in the socks.
