Note: this is for diesel only, with engine codes below. Not for petrol engine's.

Thanks for looking.
This is a laser cut blanking plate, made from 1.5mm 304 stainless steel. It has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface that gives a better seal, plus removes all sharp edges (so no cutting of the fingers).
It gives a cleaner pickup at lower revs because it stops the exhaust gasses being recycled. It will put the engine management light on, so only fit if you know what you are doing. If the EGR valve has been mapped out of the ECU, then it is best to have this plate without a hole. I list the same with a hole in to prevent the EML coming on, which I have listed Item number 111382945793
THIS FITS:
The Euro5 only 2.0L TDI CR (Common Rail) 2nd gen engines (Will not fit the Euro6 engines-EA288) in VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda.
Engine codes CFFB, CFFD, CFGC, CFGB, CFJB, CFHC, CGLC, CMGB. The CFCA is the Bi Turbo in the Transporter. The cooler is on the front of the engine, not the rear, but the plate will fit in the same place on the cylinder head. If you can't find your engine code here or in the 1st gen listing, please ask as new one do come up.

These will not fit the 2.0L TDi CR 1st generation common rail (CR) engines, item number 121352690443 for that engine

 Benefits of blocking EGR:

   1.  Cleaner engine oil helping to give longer engine life.

   2.  Turbo spooling up quicker, and at lower revs

   3.  Helps prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power

   4.  Smoother drive and quite often better economy

   5.  Help to keep the DPF cleaner for longer, so less re-gen

For 24express delivery- must be paid before 3.00pm, and is working days only, so Fridays sending will arrive on Monday

Any Q please ask, happy to help

All plates are designed and researched by me in house over many years. I do not buy or have ever brought from other seller (most sellers are just engineering firms that have brought from each other-along with the repeated mistakes or Chinese drop shops), and have no idea about car engines, fault codes, and what can be causing them. I have been a mechanic for many years, and my number 4 son is also a trained mechanic of some years.
