Q: The stitching of the wraps faces the same direction. Did I receive a pair of the same side?

A: There is no fixed sides for wrist wraps. The stitching does not have to face the same direction when you put them on. When you put the little elastic loop around your thumb, the wrap can be turned to EITHER side so that you can use the Velcro properly. When you put BOTH wraps on, you will see they work just fine (even though not in a perfect symmetric way).

Q: Why the wraps are designed and sewn this way?

A: For most athletes, performance and speed are much more important than the look. When you go to a fast-pace competition, trying to find your LEFT wrap from your RIGHT wrap in the warm-up room (often crowded and not with lots of light) will slow you down.
