We deliver in our own vans and not by courier. PLEASE DO NOT go off the time displayed by ebay for an imported product delivered to you in a box.
You will receive a personal message from ourselves once you have placed your order stating our delivery time scale. We will contact you again once manufacturing starts with your delivery date giving you plenty of warning. Once this date has been confirmed by ourselves and our customer you will then receive your 2/3 hour time slot a few days before this arranged date.

Cheshire Pine and Oak Terms and Conditions
We offer a national delivery service across the UK (with some minor exceptions.. The vast majority of orders are delivered by using our own vehicles and delivery staff, and will be able to deliver your furniture to the room of your choice.
Small items and deliveries to remote areas may be completed by a third party courier service. If this is the case we will let you know once your order is ready for delivery.
Once you have placed your order please email us with your home and mobile contact numbers to enable us to arrange delivery.
Delivery will be arranged the week prior to allow you time to plan to be available to receive your item. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 18:00pm, but we can usually give a 2- 3 hour delivery window, and can also instruct the drivers to contact you when they are on their way. We are sorry but we are currently unable to offer weekend deliveries.
Some areas are excluded from the standard delivery services. Delivery addresses in Ireland, Scotland, Devon, Cornwall the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight
We accept PayPal, all major Credit and Debit cards (with the exception of American Express). If paying via any method other than PayPal please contact us for details.
Your order will be processed once cleared payment has been received, which should be within 7 days of the date of purchase or auction end, unless otherwise arranged with us. Once your order is ready we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Our returns policy allows you to return your purchases to us, as long as the following apply:
The item is as delivered, in the original packaging (where applicable) and undamaged
We have been notified in writing within 7 days of delivery that the item is to be returned
The customer accepts that they are liable for the cost of return to us, and that the delivery charges already applied are non-refundable
Should your item be damaged when delivered, please let us know immediately, and no later than 2 days after delivery is completed. Please also take pictures of the damage and send them with a description of the issues.

Because of this, we are also able to offer these items made to your own exact specifications and dimensions. Additionally we can also modify the finish, layout and style if required.
