Vintage Carrig Ware. Irish pottery shamrock dish Made in Carrigaline Cork Ireland

 This is a small ash tray or sweet dish made when Carrigaline pottery was open from 1928 to 1959.
This distinctive Carrig ware was made in the 1930's - 50s
It is now hard to find.
It has its distinctive green colour with some drip glaze, splodges and clear brush strokes.
It measures approximately 4 x 4 inches.
No damage but it has been used. Hand made.
It was probably an Irish souvenir.
A nice gift for someone interested in unusual Irish items.
