Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. All payments are processed by our Payments partner Paypal. This means that all the data you send to us, over the internet, is encrypted and protected. 

We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

We accept Paypal as a method of payment. If you select this option in the checkout, you will be redirected to your chosen payment methods payment page where you can either create an account or login to an existing account and arrange payment of your order.

••• RETURNS / REFUNDS •••

We hope that you will be delighted with your order buy we also believe in NO QUIBBLE returns!

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will gladly accept the return.

We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense within 30 days. Once the items are received back and meets our return policies, we will refund the money back to the original method of payment. Please note that any express upgraded delivery fee will not be returned. Local returns addresses are available for USA & the UK.

Ring size exchanges will be subject to a £2 handling handle to cover return costs and an invoice will be sent via Paypal

We may have to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements – such as the item worn or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We therefore recommend that you a receipt or a tracking number which has some form of traceability. In the rare instance, we receive a damaged parcel back, we would inform you with pictures if possible, to notify the damage and you can pursue the courier for a potential claim where appropriate.

••• SHIPPING ADDRESS & RETURNED MAIL •••

It is vitally important for you to provide a correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If the shipping address is incorrect or a delivery not possible after attempts, the mail will be returned to us as “returned back to sender”. In such cases, we will have to charge an admin fee of 20% of total value of the order and the partial amount refunded.
