*We offer a 30 day return policy. *All returns must be new, unused and/or unopened. The product must be in original packaging including all instructions, tags, etc., if applicable. In this case, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. *Returned merchandise that is either opened, used or missing items will be issued a 50% partial refund. *The buyer is responsible for return shipping. *The retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.* A traceable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
