For use outside public roads and in motor sport only

  Thanks for looking.
This is made from 1.5mm 304 Stainless Steel. It has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface that also helps give a better seal, plus removes all sharp edges.
It gives a cleaner pickup at lower revs because it restricts the exhaust gas being recycled.
It has the hole in to keep the light off (the valve has to be working OK) I also list it with a without a hole in (Item number 111424697661). It is assumed that you know what you are doing by doing these modifications.

I also list the Genuine gaskets - item number 111411339192

Fits: The 2005-year on up with Euro4 and Euro5  2.5 and 3.2 Diesel engines, on the exhaust end of the EGR system, and on the exhaust side of the EGR cooler.

 Benefits of blocking EGR:

   1.  Cleaner engine oil, helping to give longer engine life.

   2.  Turbo spooling up quicker, and at lower revs

   3.  Prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power

   4.  Smoother drive and quite often better economy

Easy to fit blanking plate, fits between the exhaust manifold on the EGR cooler. Can be fitted either end of that tube

Any Questions or for thicker plates or older models please ask

Note, this is for diesel only, not petrol

All plates are designed and researched by me in house over many years. I do not buy or have ever brought from other seller (most sellers are just engineering firms that have brought from each other-along with the repeated mistakes or Chinese drop shops), and have no idea about car engines, fault codes, and what can be causing them. I have been a mechanic for many years, and my number 4 son is also a trained mechanic of some years.
