Child 6mos - 12mos: 16" - 17" 
Toddler 1yrs - 4yrs old: 18" - 19"
Adult Small / Medium - S/M: 20" - 22"
Adult Large / X-Large - L/XL: 23" - 25" 

Note that custom order takes 2-3days before shipping.

I only accept Paypal only.   Shipping fee listed is for within United States only.  Except shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please ask before  bidding.  Item will be made upon completion of payment and cleared.   Made to Order items takes 1-2days to complete before shipping. 

If you are not satifies for any reason within 7days from date of receipt, please contact me to discuss and get approval before returning.  If approved for returns, you will be refunded less shipping fee when the item have been returned to me.  

 

PLEASE NOTE ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  I will ship internationally via economy shipping only to save cost to buyer, therefore there will not be tracking available.  The only tracking available if you insure your item, however it will be expensive.  I will not be responsible for any misdirect or lost mail if you don't insured.
