Please Note - The EGR Valve has to be mapped out, or it will go into limp mode.

  These plates are Laser cut 1.5 304 Stainless Steel. Fits under the EGR valve as pictured below. As can be seen in the pictures, there are 3 different layouts as to where and type of valve is fitted.
  It will also go into limp mode even if it had a very big hole in, so I do not have or list one, so don't be fooled by sellers selling them with a hole in as they will not work.

Fit's the i-CTDi 2.2L engine fitted in:

   Civic

   Accord

   FR-V

   CR-V

  These will NOT fit any of the i-DTEC engine's. Item number 121859879043 is the ones to fit them. They have the EGR system on the back of the engine, and are very different.

It is assumed that you do know what you are doing when fitting a blanking plate.

 I have item number 121654237463 for the 1.7 CTDI and 121234492470 for the Honda Petrol engines.

Benefits of blocking EGR:

   1.  Cleaner engine oil helping to give longer engine life:

   2.  Turbo spooling up quicker, and at lower revs :

   3.  Prevents soot build up in intake manifold, and valve's, which will lower the power:

   4.  Smoother drive and quite often better economy :

   5.  Will help pass the MOT, as it is tested on smoke output (UK)
