Shipping:

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched.

Return and Refund:

Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 5 days upon receipt because of seasonal item.

Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.

We reserve the right not to refund P&P costs when the item has been posted.

Unfortunately due to excessive carrier charges we have had to exclude Scottish Highlands, BT Postcodes, Islands, and offshore islands and below Postcodes from our available delivery addresses. AB, FK, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, GY, IM, JE, PO, TR, BT.  We are happy to post to these locations though as long as you contact us first either via email or phone.
