Installing Armor/Hybrid Cases

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Carefully break the case down into 3 pieces first by doing the following.
  2. Pry the front plastic piece on all 4 sides by wedging your finger between the edge of the plastic and silicone and lifting up. Once each side is loose, lift up and remove the whole front plastic piece.
  3. Now remove the silicone skin cover by peeling the edges backwards over the hard plastic piece all along the sides, and the silicone skin should come right out.
  4. 3Place your tablet into the plastic backing of the case and double check to see that all ports, buttons, and camera are all lined up correctly.
  5. Place the silicone skin back over the hard plastic back piece and fold the skin over the front of the tablet with all clips and ports showing through the silicone cutouts.
  6. Clean your screen thoroughly with a microfiber cloth to remove any debris, dirt, or dust and apply the included screen protector. Now place the front plastic cover back over the skin and align all 4 sides.

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping is offered and must be selected under shipping.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING SPEED: 48 contiguous states will be 2-5 business days. 4-7 for AK/HI/PR
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SPEED: is 14-28 days. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number available for shipments outside USA.
  • IMPORT DUTIES/TARIFFS/TAXES MAY APPLY: Please check with your country customs for more details.
  • ALL shipments does not include handling time, weekend, and holidays in transit times.

Returns / Exchange
  •  ALL returns require seller approval. ALL UNAUTHORIZED/UNAPPROVED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
  • We must be notified within 30 days from receiving your package to submit your return.
  • Please inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery and notify us with any issues.
  • DO NOT dispose any of the products, parts, packing materials, manuals, inserts, or accessories.
  • HASSLE-FREE RETURNS: We accept returns for any order made by mistake, no longer want/needed, or simply change of mind.
  • You will be responsible for the cost to mail everything back in it's original new/unused/unopened/sellable condition.
  • Restocking Fee applies for returns. Minimum 20% and may go up to 75% depending on the condition of the product.
  • For Broken/Missing Items: Please inspect the package thoroughly an d write to us immediately and let us know of the problem.
  • We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please write to us in detail with your order information and what the problem is and our customer care representative will assist you shortly.
  • For all approved returns, please make sure to include the reference or order number on the outside of the package. We strongly advise that you ship the item back (with delivery confirmation) using the lowest shipping method possible as we do not cover this cost.
