Returns are accepted through eBay’s Hassle Free Returns Center for US Purchases. (All International Sales are Final) Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase & in the same condition/packaging in which they were received. Do not apply tape and/or labels directly to the shoe/boot box. This is not considered to be in the same condition in which it was sent and is not considered resellable condition. Items that are sent as a return in this manner will not be accepted and will only be returned to the buyer if shipping fees are paid. WE CANNOT & DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WORN ITEMS We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns; this applies to items being returned for any reason such as wrong style/size ordered, not satisfied with the look, etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on Returns Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size (if available), with buyer paying all shipping for the exchange items.
