Note: with all Hampton bay remotes you must match the correct RF code by switching the dip-switch inside the battery compartment to the same pattern as your original remote or your fan receiver.

The Anderic RR7096TR thermostatic remote control replaces the original equipment Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan remotes. This remote is a direct replacement for the hampton bay CHQ7096T (with for/rev button). 

This remote includes all the fan speeds and light buttons as well as the FOR/REV, LIGHT DELAY, FAN AUTO, LIGHT TIMER button. The RR7096TR remote also works light dimming and temperature settings.


- This remote only works with Ceiling Fans
- What's included: RR7096TR thermostatic remote control & Wall mount bracket (with two screws for mounting)
- This remote operates: Down-lights (with dimming), Fan off, Fan speed low, Fan speed Medium, Fan speed High, Reverse, Light delay, Fan auto, Light timer
- Works with the following receivers (but not limited to): UC7067FCRX, UC70960TX, UC7067REVB (reverse module, this unit is used with the receiver to allow reverse capabilities)

Warning: Make sure you are using Incandescent bulbs or your fan will not dim properly.
- Will not fully work for Windward III Fans. (Will not do the Lights if you have an up light) 

If you have the model CHQ8BT7096T Hampton Bay remote with a (RED) light button, then this replacement remote will not work the lights.
