We can only accept payment via PayPal. It can be used for one-off payments or regularly for frequent online shoppers. It is a fast, simple and secure method of making purchases and payments. Immediate payment is required for all purchases.

We aim to dispatch your order on the day we receive it providing it's before 3:30pm on working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Orders which come in after this time or on weekends will be sent out the next working day. Our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard. Expedited delivery can be via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Standard post usually takes 2-4 working days for delivery. Delays caused by Royal Mail are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of being dispatched, please let us know. Express delivery will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

The estimated delivery date is an indication only and is not guaranteed (unless the guaranteed delivery service has been selected).

If your item is returned to us as undelivered by the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.

Please Note that for exchanges, the buyer will need to pay the original postage cost.

We will refund the return postage if you have received the wrong item, is Faulty or significantly not as described.

Return Postage and packing needs to be paid by the buyer.

Items should be sent back in the original RESALABLE, UNWASHED, UNWORN condition.

Refunds will be issued for the Sale Price of the items only.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned within 14 days after receiving the items, and all tags and original packaging must still be intact.

Refunds will be given once the items have been received by us, please send your item using a tracked service. If we do not receive the items we will be UNABLE to provide an exchange/ refund.

Please include the packing slip you received with the order, or your user ID with your return, for a faster refund.

Return postage costs are not refundable.
