PLEASE NOTE:
IF you have a support brace in the middle of your tank, you will need to cut the background or remove the support brace. You can use a jigsaw, angled grinder or dremel to cut it.
The background colour may vary from the picture, it may be lighter/darker or the structure may be slightly different. Each background is unique it's HAND MADE
We now offer samples of this background, so you can feel the structure and see the details of our products. The sample size is around 10x10cm piece. If you wish to order a sample use the top menu and select SAMPLE BACKGROUND. Backgrounds and decorations are made from poly-resin, reinforced with fiberglass and hand painted in certain collections with ultraviolet resistant paint.All materials are completely safe for fish and reptiles.

Description:
The aquarium background, just like all other products, is made of highest-quality materials:
- high quality mineral and resin conglomerate
- fiberglass used as a strengthening material
- dyes resistant to ultraviolet radiation on the coloured surface of the background
The background is completely submersible, it doesn't require to be attached to the glass (for example to be sticked with silicone).
The background size, which is smaller than the internal size of the aquarium, provides easy water circulation in the whole container.
The walls secured with nets prevent the fish from swimming behind the background.
Additional function of the background is to separate the aquarium's environment from its technical equipment (heaters, sensors or internal filters)
- it is possible to cut the background and drill it, with the use of tools for stone machining
- or glue it to the glass with silicone
