| Warranty | All DENSO Iridium Power® iridium spark plugs come with 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty against material and workmanship defects. However, this warranty does not apply to installation errors and cannot reimburse you for any diagnostics, installation or labor related charges. |
| Returns | Items must be returned within 14 business working days from the date of delivery and the return must be in the same NEW and UN-USED condition it was shipped. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and our shipping charge of $5.80 (USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box) will be deducted from the refund. All returns initiated after 14 business working days of receipt, are subjected to 10% re-stocking fee on the purchase price. All refunds will be processed within 5 business working days and will be sent back to the same PayPal address. |
