Finishing

* Non Laminated option - A Cheaper option ideal when signs are used less frequently (approx.12 month external use since they are exposed and can be scratched)

* Laminated option - Durable, textured over laminate protects signs from scratches & UV degradation and gives a non reflective finish allowing signs to be read more easily from all angles. Ideal where signs are in long term or permanent use.

Artwork Requirements

*  Please do not send artworks via eBay or social media as these will not be suitable for printing.

* All artworks to be emailed in high resolution with CMYK colours and with a 3mm bleed.

* Preferred artwork formats will be vector files such as PDF, EPS which can be scaled without pixelation so they are fine as they are.If you are submitting a png, jpeg or similar file type, they must be high in resolution and have a file size of at least 1 MB and in CMYK colours. We print in CMYK colour format only). If you are in doubt, please send your artwork before the purchase and we will check this for you. 

* Print quality will depend on the artwork quality. If the artwork is at a low resolution the print will reflect that and we would not be able to improve the print quality.

Installation

* Leave signs flat for at least 24 hours after receiving them.The Surface must be cleaned thoroughly to remove any dust, wax, oil or other contaminants. (Do not use White spirit). Make sure the surface is free from moisture prior application.

* These can easily be shaped or trimmed to specific shapes or cut to fit across door panels as you require using strong scissor or a utility knife.

Maintenance

* Signs should be removed regularly to allow the surfaces to be re cleaned and dried. Signs can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Store signs flat when not in use. Instructions will be supplied with the signs.

* Please note that we are unable to print metallic colours. This includes Silver, Gold, Bronze and all other colours that are metal toned. Non-metallic (shining) Silver & Gold colours will be printed as a shade of Yellow and Grey (Ash)

* Do not use strong chemicals to clean, rub or wipe the sticker as it may damage it.  

* Actual colours may vary from the colour on your screen due to monitor colour restrictions. Prints will also be different from printer to printer due to the use of different print models. We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to these reasons. If you require an exact match on colours, we would advise to visit a local printer who could test print as per your requirements.

* We use industry standard materials and we process all our signs in our workshop by guaranteeing the quality and timescales.

We ship all our standard non personalised items within 1 - 2 working days.

Processing time on personalised items will vary depending on the listing.

Certain personalised items that need to go through a proofing stage will only be processed after confirmation is received from the customer approving the artwork proof. 

Dispatch days are from Monday to Friday Only.(Saturdays and Sundays are not included as dispatch days) 

We dispatch most of our items via Royal Mail and larger packets via myhermes and other courier services.

eBay would not exclude weekends when the estimated delivery period is calculated and the shown delivery timescales would be an estimate only (Not guaranteed) and delays are to be expected during seasonal periods as well as under weather permitting conditions.

Standard 1st class and 2nd class options are not guaranteed but usually take 1 and 2 -3 working days respectively.

Deliveries via myhermes courier will usually take between 2 - 5 working days.

If you require a tracked or an urgent delivery service, please choose the appropriate tracked or 24 hour courier service.This service would only be an upgraded shipping option only and the processing times would remain the same. If you require a faster processing time, please do not buy, contact us first.

We take proof of posting for all our standard items. If you do not receive your item within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will make enquiries with Royal Mail or other relevant couriers. If an item is confirmed as lost in the transit, we will report and replace your order once this time has elapsed and not before.

We recommend choosing our 24 hour courier service for urgent orders. (Processing times will remain the same)

Personalised

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to customer's request.

All Personalised items would be produced in accordance with the information supplied by the customer.

Perfect Signs is not responsible for any spelling or typographical errors made by the customer and such errors may not be identified or spot checked.

Therefore please take extra care when a personalised order is placed and when the details are confirmed, once confirmed the order will be processed according to the request and cannot be changed.

Non-Personalised

Non Personalised items can be either returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

If you are not happy and completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us through eBay messages, You will then be advised to ship the item back in its original unused condition and the refund will be processed once we receive the item. 

For unwanted items or items that have been ordered incorrectly or by mistake, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

An admin fee of up to 20% may be deducted together with any postage paid by Perfect Signs Ltd, when the refund is issued.

Perfect Signs Ltd will replace, exchange or refund only on products which are deemed to be made incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are checked for flaws and completeness before dispatch. However in the event of a human error, a defect or a shortage, we are happy to replace or refund on the receipt of the faulty item.

We may require to see the photographic proof for items that you claim to be faulty or defective.
