A new old stock Weaver Pivot Scope Mount/Base #136 for Remington 700, 721, 722, 725, BSA Monarch, Enfield, Weatherby Mark V.  The packaging does show some wear but the base and two screws are new and un-used.

I ship via the U.S.P.S. The cost of shipping includes USPS Delivery Confirmation for US addresses.  Insurance is highly recommended, but is optional for the purchaser.  However, my responsibility for your package ends when I deliver it to the Post Office.
