Description

  • The shifer can can be used to preserve matcha powder up to 200g(7 oz).
  • A manual for “How to make Matcha” is included in the package as well, so anyone can easily learn how to make a delicious Matcha.
  • The Chasen (tea whisk) is created by a well know artist from “Takayama Chasen” located in the Nara-ken. It has a beautiful design, easy to use, and is 4 times durable compared to the ones that are made in China or Korea.
  • The Chasen is crafted by Sabun Kubo , a certified traditional artisan. In 1999 he received a Minister of International Trade and Industry Award.
  • The Matcha powder is made in Kyoto (Uji-shi, Kyoto) which is a place well-known in Japan for producing high-quality Green Tea.  Marukyu Koyamaen received a Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award in Japan.
