-WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN WHEN WE SENT WRONG ITEM OR WRONG COLOR OR DEFECTED ITEMS. ORIGINALLY , NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON WIGS and Ponytails

- Returns and exchanges must be initiated by the buyer within 3 days from receiving of the item.

- Returns must be in the original condition and manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials.

- Shipping and Handling Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE
