Please include your VALID address and contact number on the delivery address. Additional charges may apply on returned items for non-delivery due to wrong/invalid address, inability to delivery due to "signature-required" items.

Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition except product with quality problem.If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

We will provide 1:1 replacement guarantee for any faulty product. Buyer may be liable for return postage.

30 days return to base warranty will apply to all MGP products since you receiving items. Buyers must contact us for return authorization first.

 

If items shows symptoms of operational failures could be defective or something other problem caused. So buyers is encouraged to contact us via email message with a full and detailed description of the issue. Most cases could be resolved through communication.

 

Warranty won’t apply to the products damaged by buyers. If your issue are solved by sending replacement to you. The warranty is the same as the returned products.
