The breathable elastic abdominal binder is 20.5cm wide. This height is suitable for most adults. But please check before buying.

It’s easy to put on, just put the belt around your stomach and fasten the large Velcro fastener at the front. 

It can be worn under clothing because the inside fabric is softer than the outside.

You can also wear it over a t-shirt or vest for added comfort.
