A product key for any other version of Windows will not validate Windows 7 Professional. The product key and version of Windows you own are located on the Microsoft COA sticker on the bottom of your laptop, or sometimes under battery. It takes at least 3-4 hours to install Windows, download and install all the Windows updates, and download and install all the drivers needed, if you know what you are doing.
