This is an antique hand painted ring design from the Art Deco era 1920's - 1930's.

The card features a hand painted design on vellum, mounted inside a thick paper card. This was made for or by the jewelry dealer William Gibbons, supposedly of Philadelphia. There are some pencil writings on the inside page of the card as well, likely original to the era. 

Closed, the card measures 8.8 x 14.3 cm.
