This listing is for a Pfister high quality brass flange with washer.  I have five (5)available - one was opened to take picture and the rest are factory sealed.  I am not a plumbing supply house and this is not something I know a lot about, so I can't offer any installation advise.  I can confirm this is a new part directly from the factory.
