RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to help you with a style or size exchange, if the product purchased is not what was expected. However, please be aware that if the boot has been worn/ has signs of wear, it will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in a condition that we are able to immediately place the product back on our shelves to be sold again as new footwear. We cannot stress this enough.

You are welcome to try on your new footwear in the comfort of your own home but must be on a carpeted floor. Boots are not to be worn outside until you have decided that they are the right size for you. The boots will not be accepted if there are any sign of wear.

PLEASE NOTE * We have a 30 day returns period. This means that you are welcome to return your unworn boots at any time up to 30 DAYS from the date of the invoice.

CLEARANCE BOOTS have a no returns policy. We do not accept returns on any of our clearance products.

INCORRECT STYLE OR SIZE EXCHANGE:

All returns of products must include a Returns Form. This will be sent to you once you have contacted us directly via eBay message.

As we supply such low prices online, it leaves no room to include costs of returns. This means that we cannot cover your return costs, but we do offer great Australia Post rates.

To swap a size or change your style, there is a cost of $16.95.

For the price of $16.95, it includes the delivery of your parcel to our warehouse where we will then repack your new size and/or style and ship it back out to you.

Please begin by sending us an eBay message requesting a Returns Form for an exchange.

This covers the initial free postage supplied with your order as well as the cost of the postage to return your purchase for a refund.

Our items are sent either by Australia Post or Couriers Please with signature on delivery. If we receive your order before 12 Noon Monday to Friday, and your item is in stock and not a pre order listing, your order will generally be shipped the same day. (See below for new Australia Post policy for 'Signature On Delivery' parcels).

Express Post

Need your boots fast? We offer our customers an option of Australia Express post for the one fee of $13.95. This means delivery times are halved. Most suburbs across Australia fall into the Australia Post overnight delivery network, however we can never guarantee this, especially for remote areas. Australia Post have a Web Site you can visit which details whether your location falls into their Overnight Network. 

Specifically, this means that orders placed before 12.00 noon will be dispatched that same day!

Delivery times

- Orders sent via Express Post. Expected delivery time is over night to selected networks or up to 2 business days. - Orders sent via Free Regular Post. Expected delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Free Transit Cover

Boots4all offers full transit cover on your item. While this does not happen frequently, if your parcel is lost in transit, and is unable to be located by Australia Post, we firstly need to lodge an investigation with Australia post. please know this can take around 5 days to receive an answer, If they are unable to provide us any information on the location of your parcel we will post another order to you ASAP, at no additional charge.

Signature on Delivery

All orders we dispatch do require a signature on delivery. If you would rather opt out from having to sign for your parcel you will be given this option in your tracking e-mail which is sent by Australia post. Simply click "Safe Drop" and the driver will leave your parcel on your door step only if they think it is safe to do so.

International Delivery Times and other important information:

Orders are sent via International Express Australia Post service - tracking to your door. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your country. General transit time is 5-15 days. Please note that this is an estimate only, and parcels can often be held up for longer periods while being processed by Customs Departments after arriving in your country. 

 All international orders are also covered with full transit cover. While it does not happen frequently, if a parcel is lost in transit, please allow an additional 7 days while an investigation is logged with Australia post. If the investigation is unsuccessful a replacement item will be dispatched to you free of charge.  

Understand your import / duty taxes. Please be aware that your Government may charge customs import duty and/or other taxes. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand whether these fees apply or not, prior to placing an order.
