Packaging & Logistics

• All our items are packaged securely and wrapped well to avoid any damages. We shrink wrap and place extra cardboard around the item to ensure it is tightly packed
• Mirrors can be very delicate items, so we take great care and spend a lot of time wrapping them to make sure they reach you in perfect condition
• When you buy from us you will be able to see how well we package our items and we GUARANTEE 100% you will not be disappointed

Delivery

• UK - We can deliver anywhere in UK. Item will be dispatched in 1-2 working days after the payment is cleared. Once the goods have been shipped, the courier can take from 1-2 working days to deliver (bank holidays and weekends not included). Tracking information is also provided. Delivery time for furniture and heavy items can take longer. Please contact us for details.
• Please note that delivery charges for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands are £19.99. For delivery information in these areas, other remote areas and other Islands please contact with your postcode.

• International - We deliver worldwide to most of the countries. Delivery times vary for differed countries. There can be additional delivery charges for some countries. Please contact us for delivery information for you country.

• Deliveries are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday - Friday). Tracking information is also provided where possible.

Payment:

• Payment accepted by Paypal.
  
• Pay by Credit or Debit card by calling us on (0044) 01217079090 (10am-5pm) (Mon-Sat).
  
• Bank Transfer also accepted. Please contact us for Bank Details.
  
• Payment on collection is also accepted  by Credit Debit Cards and Cashon collection.
  
• Item will be shipped subject to clearance of payment. Payment should be received within five days of purchase.

Returns:

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the product received; you can return the item back to us in its original condition with in first 7 days of purchase, providing we have been informed of the return and sent an email or message via ebay with regards to why you are sending it back.
• Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus admin fees and postage cost for sending the item. When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us, please send a copy of the order with a brief note highlighting the reason for return.

Damages:

• We try our utmost best to send all our goods in the most secure way to avoid any damages.
• However in the event of receiving damaged goods - all customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
• Also as part of our company policy please email us photo of the damaged item and also outline a brief message stating what area is damaged and what you would like to do to resolve the matter.
• When emailing regarding damages please put your name, address, contact telephone number and item number.
