This Clapton Wire has a 28 gauge Nichrome 80 wire core wrapped with 34 gauge Nichrome 80 wire. Clapton wire is known for producing very nice clouds, and amazing flavor. Clapton wire is very versatile, and easy to work with. This wire holds its shape very well, and can be made into any coil build you like. We use only the highest quality Nichrome 80 to produce these Clapton wires. Our high quality Nichrome 80 Series wire is a wonderful choice because it does not rust, or oxidize easily, and is resistant to corrosive elements. Nichrome wires ability to heat up very rapidly when compared to other resistance wires makes it great for coil building.
