• Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct during check out/payment as no responsibility will be taken for misdirected items. 
• We ship to your eBay address once payment has been cleared unless advised otherwise.
• We despatch Monday to Friday except for Melbourne, Vic State and National Holidays.
• Combined shipping is calculated at full rate for the item with the highest postage cost, then 50% for each additional item unless stated otherwise. 
• Items will be dispatched via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers within 1 WORKING DAY of payment clearance.
• Items over $50 in value will require a signature on delivery. Australia Post will 'card' you to the nearest post office. Fastway Couriers will 'card' you to their closest collection centre. To avoid having to collect parcels please ensure that someone will be in attendance to sign for goods, or alternatively use a business address.
• Items are always checked and carefully packed for shipping. Most are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection and sent in a shipping bag.
• Apologies, pick-up is not available. 
• Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (from date item is dispatched). Shipments to WA and Tasmania can take longer.
• Marking your item as "Paid and Posted" does not mean that your item has in fact been despatched. It is merely a confirmation that your order has been paid, processed and ready for despatch on the next pickup. 
• We are happy to process your order as an Express Delivery if that option is available and has been selected and paid for. 
• As there is no signature required for the delivery of Express Post Packages, Express Post orders are shipped at the customer's risk without any delivery guarantee.
• If an items is returned to us as unclaimed from either Australia Post or our nominated couriers a re delivery fee will apply.

• We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be what you expected.
• If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.  
• Although great care is taken when packaging items, we will re send or refund any item which arrives damaged or D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) caused during transit. Please email us within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return. We will of course pay the cost for returning these items. 
• We will pay the postage on any warranty claim made within the first 30 days of purchase. 
• Postage to and from Auto Platonium for any warranty claim after 30 days of purchase will be for the account of the customer. 
• All items are covered by a minimum of 3 months warranty. 
• Items with a longer warranty period will state so in the listing.

Payment is required within 3 working days of placing your order. Notification will be required if you are unable to pay within this period. The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Internet Banking (approx 1-3 working days to clear): Please leave your eBay User ID in the transaction description - failure to do so may result in considerable delays in shipping. Banking details available during checkout.

• Direct Deposit at any Westpac Bank (approx 1-2 working days to clear): Please leave the last 6 digits of the item number as payment reference and email us details of the amount transferred, bank location and date of deposit. Failure to do so may result in considerable delays in shipping. Banking details available during checkout.

• Paypal Clears immediately if paid via Credit Card. eCheques [via bank account] may take up to 7 working days to clear. Please do not add requests/notes to Paypal payments as goods may be shipped before these are read.
