*If you are ordering Letter/Number balloons , please be aware, they are not helium grade and will not float due to their irregular shape and size

We try our best to accurately measure from the nozel area to the highest "height" of the balloon. The sizes advertised are uninflated & "BEFORE" air is added. If you feel the size was not accurate, please submit a photo of your balloon (uninflated) and measure so we can verify.
* Ebay advertises Estimated ship times and they do not account for weekends, holidays, handling and time of purchase. For example, if you pay at 10pm Saturday night, Ebay will assume your item was shipped that same day. This is impossible because the Post office not open at 10pm saturday night and realistically, your package will not ship until Monday Morning when the Post Office Reopens.
