Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of item. Item must be in the same perfect labeled condition and a note must be enclosed with the item advising sales record number, contact us via eBay to arrange the return. Please note that postage cannot be refunded either way. If items are returned as undelivered the postage cost will have to be re-paid in order that we will send them again.
