How to purchase:
Choose your desired mug and design from the drop-down menu.
Buy your mug from buy it now and pay for your order.
Once you have purchased, Please send eBay message about your printing details. Such as Name and Other Text details (if you want).
Then we will get it printed onto the mug ASAP. If you want the proof please let us know with your order details.
If you don’t want personalise and don’t want print any name and text on the mug please let us know ASAP then only we will print and dispatch your mug.
We will wait only 2 days from the purchase date. If we don’t hear anything from you within this period then we will print and post your item without personalise and we can’t amend anything later.
Our printing Quality is best in eBay that's mean we print your art work with high resolution and our printing sizes are the biggest on eBay.
Please Note:
1) Please double check your details before sending as how it appears in your
message will be how it appears on the product, including spacing, spelling
& punctuation.
2) The mistakes can't be rectified after printing and we are not responsible for your mistakes.
2) We do not accept and can't print any inappropriate pictures & any religious pictures, Hard and bad words and any kind of religious words. Can’t print even the word Lordship or God..

Delivery:
1. The eBay delivery estimate date only applicable for non-personalised products and that guidelines will not applicable for the personalised products.
2. However we aim to dispatch your items within 24 Hours but may take more times depending on the current work load and the peak period like Christmas time.
3. We aim to dispatch the goods same working day if you approve the art work before 11am. Otherwise we will dispatch on the next working day.
4. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery from the dispatched date. Not from the purchase date. And may the Royal mail or the courier take few more days extra in the peak periods. (Saturday & Sunday not included) for your item to reach you.
5. Please contact us if you require your item urgently, we will try and bring it up in our mailing list.
6. First class delivery is possible at an added cost paid by the buyer. you can choose the option during the checkout.
7. Please contact us via eBay messages, if you are interested in collecting the purchased item yourself.
8. If tis item falling under Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer then all the 4 items will be sent to 1 address. If you want to send different address £1.99 extra for free item.
9. International delivery can take 5-10 business days from the dispatch date..
Returns, Cancellation and Terms & Conditions:
1) All requested refund would be issued within 14 days of the completed sale and item should be returned to us with its original package at the expenses of the customers.
However, this does not apply to items which have been made to order or personalised for you. Goods which have been made to order cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
2) All faulty products: customer need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and once confirmed the product is fault, a replacement will be sent out straight away with us bearing the cost.
3) Damaged product: We check every single item before it gets wrapped up and make sure that NO damaged item will be sent to our valued customers; however, if the product is damaged during transit, customer needs to contact us with damaged item pictures and relevant claim would be filed accordingly.
4) All returned products: customers need to put their full name, address and return reason in writing with the return product.
5) We cannot cancel an order once an item has been sent to production to be printed, personalised or made. If you wish to cancel an order for goods which are to be personalised you must do so before it is sent to production. Please note, some orders are sent to production immediately to ensure a fast service.
6) Please make a note that your item will be dispatched only after the receipt of full payment. At the moment, free postage is only to the UK Mainland delivery.
7) Please ensure that the shipping address and postcode, available to us is up to date. A re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is undeliverable or has been returned back to us.
8) We can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it to ensure you have received the correct items.
9) If you are unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the Royal Mail local delivery office (not the Post office)/Courier office awaiting collection. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from delivery office if they have missed the delivery. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries during any postal worker strike, natural calamities or industrial action.
