I will ship this gorgeous set of original advertising posters anywhere in the world using Priority Mail International from the United States Postal Service.

This listing is for a set of 5 advertising posters from the late 1920's or the 1930's. I believe they were used as general advertising in a general store in the fall when people would have been canning food on the cook stove. Each poster measures about 18-1/4" wide by 40" tall. Then all 5 posters are positioned together, the resulting huge and absolutely gorgeous poster measures about 7-1/2 feet wide by about 3-1/2 feet tall.

Sometimes these posters were printed on both sides but it appears that these posters are printed on one side only. The last photo of this listing shows a similar set of 5 posters on another of my listings here on eBay that shows a fall scene advertising back to school items that students normally needed each year.

Several photos near the end of this listing show a wood framework that is not included in this listing. Those photos are for reference only to show a very nice way to display a set of posters like this set. Someone reproduced that frame assembly for use with the similar size and style of posters that Winchester used for many years to advertise it's firearms as well as household and hardware items.

When these 5 posters are positioned next to each other, it appears that both sides of these posters have been cropped an inch or so. I can assure you that these beautiful posters have not been cropped at all. These posters were intended to be displayed in the wood frames that are about an inch wide. When this group of posters is displayed in the proper wood frames, the image then looks to be correct with no indication of any edges being cropped at all. If you do not understand what I am trying to explain here, please call me at 4O6.799.I847 so I can try to explain it better.

These individual posters were printed on very heavy paper stock that is kind of like card stock. About 30 years ago, a previous owner in the Oregon area had them mounted on corrugated cardboard and shrink wrapped to protect them. These posters are in exceptionally nice original condition with only a very tiny hint of any sun fading. There is a missing piece about the size of a quarter on the upper right corner of the left poster.

I will add more information soon. Thanks a lot, Bob Woodburn - phone 4O6.799.I847 in Bozeman Montana USA
