General Terms and Condition

·        We will ship the color of the product according to the stock available, if you want a specific color please contact us before placing an order.

·        All items are shipped with Invoices. If you seem to have lost your invoice. Then don’t worry about it. We will send a soft copy of it once you ask for it.

·        If the item is out of stock we will refund your amount immediately.

·        If the Location is unserviceable we will refund your amount as soon as possible.

·        Please enter the correct address while placing an order. Address Change is not possible after placing an order.

·        The Memory Cards & Pen Drives purchased from us will always have a stamp on the back of the pack.

Shipping & Delivery

·        We Use EBay Power Ship Program to Ship Orders. This Program currently supports FedEx, Blue Dart and Aramex only. So while placing an order please make sure your area is serviceable by them.

·        If your area is unserviceable by EBay Power ship (Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex), then unfortunately we would have to cancel your order and refund your entire amount. Please Note that once we initiate the refund, the Refund process is completed by eBay and it may take 10-15 Business Days to complete the same.

·        If you are skeptical about the serviceability of your area then please contact us or EBay Power Ship at 1800-209-3229 and confirm the same.

·        In Case your area is not serviceable and you want to purchase something. You can place an order using the address of your relatives which is serviceable by EBay Power Ship.

·        In case your shipment is getting delayed, please contact with Courier Company with the Airway Bill Number we have provided to know the status

·        Kindly note that the Entry Tax / Local Sales Tax / OCTROI should be paid by the buyer when demanded by the courier company.

·        Clearance charges if any should be paid by the buyer only. Kindly do not complain about such charges since it’s demanded by the government.

·        On receipt of the product, kindly acknowledge the same immediately on eBay as it helps us a lot.

·        Once you place an order, the address is an attribute that’s unchangeable, so kindly enter the correct address before placing an order otherwise we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

·        We try to ship all our orders on the same day, but sometimes due to overwhelming demands or the reason product being out of stock, shipment might be delayed, but that happens very seldom. If such a situation arises we may require additional time to ship an order. By placing your order, you are giving us your consent of the same and agree to grand us time extension if required.

·        We will ship all orders only during Business days, National Holidays and Sundays will not be count.

·        Please note our pen drive and memory card have stamp of our organisation at the back side of product

Cancellation

·        Cancellation is possible until we have not processed your order so please contact us at 9026059595 at earliest to cancel your order and drop a message at eBay as well.

·        Once the order is processed, we have lost the ability to cancel your order and have to ship the same.
