Restock fee is standard 2.99 

If it goes priory mail then restock is 5.99 

Buyer has to pay return shipping. 

If the tags say it's a small then that's what it is listed as. If you have doubts of it fitting please ASK for measurements so we there will be no problems of it not fitting.  

If you want to return it outside of the 14 day return policy. I may accept it understanding 75% of the original total will be refunded and you will pay for shipping 

If you want more than one item I will also try to do a package deal
