If there is a problem with the item/product, then we will notify you of this.

Goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt.

Goods must be returned in the SAME CONDITION as received, ie, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and GOODS MUST BE UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNMODIFIED in any way, in order for a possible refund.

To make the process as quick and easy as possible please include your order/item number so we can quickly process either an exchange or refund.

Any item to be returned must clearly state what the fault is.

Consideration for Refund will be made upon inspection of returned item.

If the item is deemed to have been USED, other than for initial testing eg, operation and non-malfunction, 25% will be deducted from the value of the sale price (including the postage) of the item. If the item is found to have been DAMAGED, ie due to customer handling, 50-75% will be deducted from the value of the sale price (including the postage) of the item.

If the item is found to have been MODIFIED or DAMAGED, ie not as supplied to us by the manufacturer, NO REFUND will be allowed.

Please Note: We do not refund ANY postage costs for the return of item(s).

Customer(s) is/are responsible for any return postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.

Any Refund offered for a returned item will be less the original postage paid, ie refund of product price only.

Any decision to refund is made solely at our discretion upon final inspection of any returned item.
