ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DON'T always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund. We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible, if your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.

Delivery

The UK Fancy Dress Store takes great care in packaging every order to ensure safe shipment to you.

All orders sent within the UK are posted Standard Delivery. If you require your order faster please select an expedited shipping method when checking out and paying for your order.

Please Note: We do not send out any orders on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Returns

FAULTS: Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with a returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned at a buyer expense. Should the item be worn whilst faulty no refund will be granted.

UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE: Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via EBay message. A costume can be returned as long at the costume is unworn and is how it arrived ie; in the packaging tidily with the backing card in exactly the same place as it was sent – please note if we have to spend time re-organising the costume a 10% deduction from your sale will be made - Please note all of our returns are inspected and tested against wearing. You will have open a return case on EBay if not already done so. Please return by a TRACKED SERVICE to; UK Party, Unit 2, The Old Co-Op Buildings, Hexham Road, Walbottle, Newcastle upon Tyne. NE15 9SR and enclose your invoice with instructions on whether you require an exchange or refund. PLEASE NOTE YOU DO NOT NEED A LABEL FROM EBAY TO RETURN THIS ITEM. You must return this costume within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A refund of the cost of the item minus postal costs will be made. No postage costs will be refunded.

EXCHANGE: Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way.

Please note we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery and Underwear.
