Payment Shipping Returns Exchange CANCELLATION

PayPal is our preferred payment method. We recommend PayPal for all transactions as It is trusted, safe and secure. You can use all debit/credit cards through PayPal. Please note, this is the quickest and easiest method of payment and receiving your item.

We ship every day Monday - Friday.
We aim to dispatch all orders With in 1 Working day. However, all orders will be delivered by Royal mail with in 2-3 Working Days. All orders are dispatched on working days (Monday – Friday) only.
We also dispatch via Special ‘Next-day’ Express Delivery service offered by Royal mail. To benefit from this service, customers are advised to select this option before checkout.
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch. However, please note that human errors may arise in which case customers are advised to inform us immediately.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy.
We accept returns made within 30 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 5 days of receiving goods.
Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer.
Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, then additional postage costs will be required.
In order to qualify refund for return , buyer must follow eBay return process

We are happy to exchange the product for a different size, colour or product within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. We will request an additional postage cost to send out your exchange and this will be the same amount as the original postage amount charged, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you want cancel order then email us via Ebay and if item has not been posted then we will refund you.
Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please returns with invoice copy and post the item back to us in case you wish to receive a full refund. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty / incorrect item to do this. We advise you to use a tracking delivery service. We will refund you the cost of this; you must however send your postage receipt inside the package as proof of cost so we can refund you. Please take a note of the tracking number or obtain a duplicate receipt BEFORE you send the parcel to us so you can track your parcel, as we can ONLY refund you once we receive the original items back. In case you want to receive a replacement item please let us know via e mail and we will dispatch a replacement item to you along with a prepaid return envelope in order for you to return faulty or incorrect item. In such case please make sure to put your details inside the envelope so we know the parcel is from you.
