883-Police UK Delivery Policy

We do standard delivery free of cost for Mainland UK with 3 to 5 working days. Although we will do our utmost best we cannot categorically guarantee that your order will reach you in the timescales as set out below. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any unexpected circumstances that affect our delivery partners and as such it is not our policy to refund delivery charges for matters beyond our control.

On Sales Orders dispatch time will be 3-5 working days. And returns will be accepted only 14 days after you receive your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery (when ordered as standard) FREE

Your order will be sent using Interlink or UPS. If your order is placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage. Please note: UPS can deliver anytime from 8am until 7pm. Please note that we are not able to deliver at weekends.

International Customers

If goods are being ordered from outside the country of residence of 883-Police, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. 883-Police is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and 883-Police cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.

883 Police Returns Policy

In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order contact us within this 14 days period which starts from the day after you receive the order.

The goods should be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging - all original tags should still be attached to the garment. Providing the goods are sent back in this original condition you will receive a full refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will exchange these for a different size as requested on the returns form. * Alternatively we will issue a full refund plus the original/standard delivery charge.

When dealing with returns where a replacement has been requested, 883 Police will still honor the FREE delivery. For subsequent returns thereafter, we will charge our standard delivery charge dependent on the country shipped to.

We will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the goods and payment will be processed to the PayPal account you originally paid.

In the event that an item is dispatched to you in error through no fault of your own and you believe that you are entitled to a refund/replacement please contact us through the eBay messaging system within 14 days of receipt. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organize a replacement item or refund.

We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item please contact us through the eBay messaging system within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

Change of mind:

883 Police hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely happy you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment. In case of return or refund you have to bear the delivery charges.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE THE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN WORN OTHER THAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF FITTING.

We are only able to exchange items where a different size or color of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternate items are required and return the original item to us for a refund.

To return goods to us you will need to fill in the relevant details on the returns slip provided with your order. The cost of returning items is solely the responsibility of you the customer and it is strongly advised that you use an insured and signed for delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit.
